Garry Hayres - AMC, MBA - BM (E.Bus) - Director / Finance Consultant

Garry is the sole Director of RC Finance Solutions Pty Ltd. Garry's background is in Property Investment & Development. He is an experienced real estate investor and owns a large portfolio in both residential and commercial sectors. Having been in business himself for over 20 years, Garry understands the issues that surround both general public and business people alike when it comes to finance.

Commercial Finance - "With commercial & construction loans there are always issues with finding the level of funding required. My job is to streamline the process and to take the frustration away with as little fuss as possible for my client."

Bill Zenko - AMC (E.Bus) - Project Manager / Finance Consultant

Bill is a full shareholder in RC Finance Solutions Pty Ltd. Originally from Chicago, he holds a University Degree in Business Administration & Finance as well as an IT Certification, and has completed further post-graduate studies at the top of his class. He began his career in the corporate finance and IT sector while working for a large multinational corporation. Having grown and reached high levels of success in the corporate world, he explored other ways and opportunities to challenge himself.

With clear thought and detailed research, Bill leveraged his corporate experience and business knowledge, and switched careers into the real estate and finance industry. His experiences in this profession have helped him to thoroughly understand how successful real estate transactions are created and completed. Over the past few years in the finance industry, Bill has helped many people achieve success and happiness beyond what they thought was possible and would like to do the same for you.
